or maybe that one with "leaf me alone" under it.
That would be programming with a sense of humor

No it doesnt start, I asked a question because I chose to see her post in this thread. I was curious why it mattered who told her about it. Wasnt starting anything. If something started, I would ignore it

I'm glad Lisa mentioned here about the pm thingy - nice to know how it works, thank you for bringing it to our attention Malinois.

Huh? I brought it to LisaT's attention on the other forum but I knew this one you didnt get that message but I saw people figured that out already.

Doesnt bother me when people ignore me. No skin off my back. If I dont wish to speak to someone or their post I dont ignore. I just dont reply. If someone offers advice etc thats great. I may have problems with people on here, as does everyone, but if someone I couldnt stand tried to help me when my dog was sick, I would be okay with that.

Some people cant let things go tho. I have learned a lot since being on this forum and having people offer advice privately. I have learned whos who and whos in whos "pack" per say.

To bad we all just couldnt get a long

Is the IGNORE feature here like it was on AOL ... that someone you don't have on ignore can quote a message of someone you have on IGNORE and you'll still see it?

Just a thought ... if there was someone that no one wanted to read their posts was put on ignore by all the active members -- then they could post for years and never know why they didn't get an answer.

.....

.....

.....

.....

No wonder no one ever responds back to me.

This sounds like another experiment for some people to try out. Go at it and report back here troups!

TJ, LOL, it's just because you always have such deep words of wisdom, everyone is speechless after your posts.

Yes. If a person you have on ignore is quoted by a person you DON"T have on ignore, then you see the post. That's quite often how I'll see a post from ppl I have on ignore.

After reading about how the ignore feature works, I'm not even sure why anyone would use it. As Sun-tzu said, "Keep your friends close and your enemies closer."

well...it stops PM's from coming in. I can scan over a thread and see that someone posts but it's not right in front of my face. If it's a thread I have an interest in then I'll view their post. It's a convenience. Maybe it's the lazy man's way of self control? LOL It's so much easier when someone is making the thread all about them, insulting you or trying to pick a fight, to just keep on cruising in ignorance.
