Puppy safe toys/chews (unsupervised)

Hello everyone,

We are bringing our puppy home in a month and I am doing some shopping.

What are some safe toys/chews that are ok for a unsupervised puppy?

I dont want to take any chances and want to make sure which toys/chews are appropriate at the right times.

Any details are greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance

Nylabones and kongs are great!
No rope toys, as a puppy could eat these.
No hard bones, could break a tooth.
No stuffed toys (but a plush non-stuffed toy may be fine?) as a puppy could rip it open and eat the fluff.

I think those are general rules to go buy. Any toys that are kind of a harder rubber should be fine.
