Default GSD? pup

So here's a pic of a 9 week old pup I'm gonna take in and find a home for. Its currently being treated for parvo. My question is, does it look pure? It doesn't matter if it is or isn't, but its ears just look so tiny lol I don't have too much experience with GSD except for the one I have at home. Didn't know if some ears start that small

The previous owner said it was a pure GSD that she got it off craigslist lol. If its a mix, what could it be a mix of?

Hard to tell; but once she's past her first birthday, get an X-ray done to check if she has normal hips and elbows.

Mixed with .... cuteness? Mixed with .. my new puppy? Very cute....looks like it might be pure, but you will probably have to wait until several months down the road to see how it turns out. Regardless, since you don't 'know' there's no way to tell 100 percent even if they look pure.

Yes, some GSD pups have very small ears, then they grow to size,

He looks pure to me. Hope he gets better soon!

Did the previous owner give him up because of the cost of the parvo?

Yes. The previous owner didn't want to pay for treatment of any kind. And wanted to euthanize. The Dr managed to get her to sign the pup over to us
