Default Daily Multi-Vitamins for 9 month old puppy

Dear All,
is it healthy or advisable to give a 9 month old puppy daily multivitamins? is it advisable for a dog of any age?

i feed dry food with 28% protein

They already add tons of vitamins to most dog foods. There may be some to consider such as ester C and vitamin E (if you give fish oil which many do), but not sure many dogs need multivitamins.

I agree with Nancy. I'd be concerned in particular about adding too much calcium which can cause the bones to grow too fast for the joints to handle.

The premium feeds already do have plenty of vitamins & minerals.

I use NUPRO which is a supplement for my 8 month old. I've had him on it for about 2 weeks now and he's doing fine with it.
