Default Best way to cut weight?

I posted a few days ago about my 5 month old male (who's weight is fine), but my 4 yo coated female has chubbed up since adding the puppy. She should be 65 lbs (even 62 is healthy, but on on the slight side) and is 73 right now.

Do you....
A. Give less food
B. Give a different food
C. Give less of the same food, bulked up with green beans or such
D. Add exercise
E. Some combo of D and (A, B, or C)

Something else?
