Should I stop Smoking Pot Inside?
I brought Emelie home yesterday, she is a great pup and loves to play. I have a smoking habit so I was wondering if it was bad for her if I kept smoking inside. I got good ventilation and smoke never really settles within.

Lol, what a great question!

Where do you live and can I come over? :D

Does your dog chase it's tail if the answer is yes then the other answer is yes as well.

If I smoked pot I would not smoke it around the dog. I guess people smoke cigarettes and pot around dogs all the time tho.

On a serious note, yes smoke, pot or cigarette can do as much damage to a dog's lungs as it can a humans, even more so because their lungs are small than ours. Would you smoke pot around a human baby? (if the answer is yes, well than I don't know what to say to you)...definitely take it outside, good ventilation means nothing, smoke can and does go through electrical outlets, light switches, etc.

I'm gonna take it outside from now on just to be sure and no she doesn't chase her own tail :P

If you worry about your dog why don't you about yourself? I am old according to you probably, but I gave it a shot anyways by posting this :)

Awesome, never thought I'd see a post like this on the Forum. :D
But I think you're making the right decision to start smoking outside. We have no clue what cannabis does to the mind of a dog. And if people have panic attacks, then what would it do to dogs?
Have fun!

Is it legal where you live? If not, maybe you should stop, full stop. Then you won't need to worry about the effect on your dog or any other negative consequences.
