How long can a 10 week old pup reasonably "hold it"?

As in, hold their pee, etc.? I have an event tonight that lasts 4 hours (with travel time it would be 5 hours) and I don't know that I can expect him to hold it that long. I plan to get their late/leave early to accommodate him, but how long can he actually hold it for?

My pup is 10 weeks and he can hold it for about 4 hours. YMMV.

I believe the general rule is 1 hour per month of age; plus 1 hour. So at 2.5 months, your pup should be able to hold it for 3.5 hours. Very close -- if you absolutely have no other option, just minimize water intake a few hours before you leave.
