Default Seresto Flea & Tick Collar for Large Dogs & Puppies

Is this a good flea collar? it cost 45.99 online, and I've heard it works on some dogs... little less on the real furry ones. I was told to make it tight enough on my puppies neck to touch the skin.

I used them last year and may get them again there is a rebate I think $20 or $15.
I did find an engorged tick, called them and they told me because ticks are so hardy there is no 100% protection. I live in a tick infested area, overall I was somewhat satisfied. I feel it's better than using spot on treatment.

Well I didn't have a flea problem last year so I will have to say yes.

Collars like those are hit or miss. Protecting your yard and the pet with a product like Comfortis will do the trick.

I don't know about that collar but I am using the Scalibor collar on all 6 of my dogs. The reviews were pretty good. I did take them out of the package and hang them up for a day before I put them on the dogs.Someone in one of the reviews recommended that to reduce a reaction to the collar. So far no problems, no reactions on any of the dogs and no fleas or ticks. I might use them all year round, they are good for six months. The vet was selling them for double what I paid online.
