No for sure until the pups are 4-weeks old according to my Sting's breeder.

So what will be the signs of long coated puppies after 4 weeks?

The long coated puppies will have a more fuzzy longer coat than the short coated puppies.
Here is an older thread that may help you: Can you tell if a puppy will have a long coat?

The only way to know early on is to observe the hair on the back of the ears. If it's long, most likely it'll keep growing and be a long coat. But that doesn't guarantee it's a long coat… sometimes their coat can adjust and become normal after a few more weeks. But if the hair on the back of the ears is short, they're most likely not a long coat.

Good luck,
A former long coat owner.
