Default One ear up, one ear down

I know their ears can pop up at any time... But Rugers ears do not seem to be in-sync at all. His right ear is about 90% fully standing, but his left ear has not even started its way up yet. Will the second ear usually start its way up shortly after the first, or could it still be a while? He is 9.5 weeks.

Thanks in advance

He's still so young I wouldn't worry too much about it. It's likely those ears will do all kinds of things before they stand for good! My advice would be to take lots of pictures!!! The ear dance is my favorite time with a GSD puppy!

My puppy was in the same boat few weeks back. Then we found ticks in his body and behind his ear . After removing them one by one , within a week, his ears came back to normal.

Though Im not sure, if that was the only reason

Can be up to a year of the funny ears, depends on the dog.
