Default 11 week old male humping everything

Hello my 11 week old male is humping everything in sight! Is this normal for this young of a pup? I have had 2 other GSDs and neither started this early. I have also had a shepherd mix and have male a Collie and neither of them humped this young. I was just wondering if anyone have had one so young doing this?

Our male did not, but Millie....the female would hump her brothers head....:-/
If he gets the toy and is winning more than she is...or she thinks he is showing her up....she will still jump his head...we tell her NO and she stops and gives us puppy eyes. She is over a year, but only does it if he makes it to the ball first....not sure why...but she has been the only one of the two to hump....:-/
