Default Loosing her puppy coat?

Lola's coat has been changing so much over the past week! She's losing her fluffy puppy coat. How long does this stage last? Poor girl looks so awkward and like she needs brushed! I assure you she gets brushed often.

She still has fuzzy hind legs and butt, but her back and sides are more wavy now.

And one of my new favorite pictures. I know I'm biased, but I think she is such a beautiful puppy and I can't wait to see how gorgeous she'll be as an adult.

She's an adorable little coatie! I can post pics later of before and after of my girl but her full adult coat came in closer to 8 months.

I think Baron's full coat only really came in around 8-10 months. He started showing adult coat growth around 4 months. It started as just a tiny ring on his tail, and then just extended from there.

He looked terribly awkward when his coat was coming in - together with being such a scrawny little thing. He shot up in height around 8 months and is filling out now too.

Here you can see it coming in on his back. He was around 4months old here

6months here

7months

8months

11months

and now at 15 months

Most of these photos were taken outside due to me having to rely on my phone's camera - takes terrible photos inside. Hopefully that helps you though. Lola is gorgeous

Thanks for the pictures! It helps to see how the coat will progress. She still has a way to go.

Carma and Baron are such beautiful dogs!
