Looking to the future again

Next week I will visit my future pup's litter at 4 weeks of age. I know he/she is in there. One or two years after this I will get the second one and then hopefully have a lot of years with healthy GSDs in honor of WD who has set the bar high for all others that will follow in his foot steps.
Ahh...., finally getting excited for a new dog again. Yoohoo!

We are nearly in the same situation. Visited the pups last weekend at 4 weeks of age. It's been since May since our passed. I am very excited about the up coming pup.

Do yourself a favor and don't compare in any way. They are their own dog so to speak. A new beginning if you will. That has helped us in the past.

Congrats to you both! Waiting those last few weeks for a puppy is so hard...my advice is take some naps before you can't.

True, I love each dogs individual personality quirks.

So happy for you! I can't wait to see pictures of the little fuzz.

And I agree with sp00ks! Great advice.
