Exercise in rain

Usually I take Baron out several times per day to run around outside with the big dogs and get exercised. However, today it's pouring rain and while I am willing to stand out there and supervise, none of the dogs want to stay out in it. Any tips for getting puppy energy out inside?

Try teaching new tricks, playing hide and seek or find it games. Try putting treats inside of plastic Easter eggs and hide them, starting out easy so he gets the idea.

I wish mine would just go and come in when it rains, but everyone of them decide to run, play, and lay down with their noses in the air smelling the rain. All of them have been exposed to rain early on.

We go for walks when it rains, mostly because I like walking in the rain, but it keeps Lisl out of the mud in the back yard and is less clean up for me.

I have stack of towels at the back door and she gets towelled off when we come in, first on top, sides, and legs, and then she rolls over for her belly and paws.

I've found the dogs don't mind the rain if they're traveling (walking) but if I'm just putting them outside they want nothing to do with it. I've never seen them say no to a walk in the rain which will be happening in 20 minutes.

I clear the furniture from a large area in the living room and we play flirt pole.
