Default Lumpy belly?

So, I have noticed Lela's tummy is very.. large. It is cute actually, she will put her front feet on my knees when I am on the couch, and her tummy is all big and puffed out Well, I noticed her stomach is lumpy as well. Not lumps, like things on the outside, but lumpy. I don't know how to describe it, think of a pregnant dog, and feeling the babies in the tummy. Also, she breathes very heavily and fast when she is lying down... She has stopped overall with eating EVERYTHING in her path, and I have been watching her, so I am not sure if she ate something, but she has had this lumpy tummy for a week maybe a little more. Thoughts?

Can you post a picture of her lying on her side showing how big her belly is?

If you can post a picture that would be helpful.

If not, I would ask as well, has she been dewormed by the vet??

I would take a fecal sample with you, and mention the lumps to the vet

Pups are chubby little things.

I would think there is nothing to worry about.
