How much running is appropiate for a 3 month old?

Hello,
My puppy (Dakota) loves to run and play outside (running) for at least an hour if I don't interrupt her. Is it appropiate for a 3 month old to run so much? Can this cause a hip problem later on?

If it's on grass and not concrete and she is running out of her own free will I"m sure she'll be perfectly fine

If you forced her for hour long jogs on the sidewalk and pushed her to keep going even when she wanted a rest thats a different story.

She's so cute
