How much running is appropiate for a 3 month old?

Hello,
My puppy (Dakota) loves to run and play outside (running) for at least an hour if I don't interrupt her. Is it appropiate for a 3 month old to run so much? Can this cause a hip problem later on?

If it's on grass and not concrete and she is running out of her own free will I"m sure she'll be perfectly fine :)
If you forced her for hour long jogs on the sidewalk and pushed her to keep going even when she wanted a rest thats a different story.

She's so cute :)!
