Default Whew...first week with new pup

It's been a very interesting week. I've been waiting for my pup for a long time.
I wanted a high energy pup for schutzhund. I was ready and prepared...NOT!

She's not a landshark, she's more like a Tasmanian Devil. I feel sorry for her. She has to spend alot of time crated or away from the other dogs. She is just absolutely relentless on them. She chews everything with destructive intent.
Once she get's into that "zone" there is just no stopping her short of crating.

On the upside, she's smart, confident and beyond cute. She's going to be something once we get through this stage.

I posted some pics on the picture forum.

I am running to the other forum to see the little devil (those are my favorite kind!).

Ranger is 10 weeks old and at this point the first few months are just a distant memory, but they sure seemed long when I was going through them. Good luck and enjoy your pup.

I have been there. I really regretted getting my girl. However she's almost 8 years and and a real sweet heart and I love her every day.
