Flee bumps?

Hi all, it seems that our 13 month old has 2 bumps on her nose. Could these be flee bites?

It really could be just about anything. It could be flea bites, or any type of insect bite. It could be the result of an allergy.

Unless the dog is over run with fleas, I wouldn't think my first impression would be flea bites.
