Default My Baby Max is sick and in the Vets

My baby Max is sick and in the hospital.
He woke me up at 2 am to go potty. Then again at 5 each time his pooh was runny.
Normally his stools are firm.
Then at 8 am he ran to the door and I thought oh he has to go again he took 3 steps out the door and he puked all over the back porch. He threw up his supper from last nite. He stunk like rotting flesh would smell. It was horrid horrid smell. I ran myself to get dressed I knew my boy was sick.
Called the Vets and the earliest I could get in was 9:45 am but I was there by 9 and just waited.
He was so sickly just laid in my arms not his usual self for sure. Broke my heart.
I went back at 3 pm to see if I could bring him home and they said no doc wanted to give him more meds. He was so happy to see me just licked my face and wagged his tail. He licked my son all over too. But I could tell he was still not up to par. The doctor ran a check and said it was viral gave him 3 shots at the am appointment. One was phenigan (sp) for upset tummy the other antibiotic he said but why I don't know? The other I don't now what that was I forgot I was in such a state. Will find out tomorrow...
I just pray my baby gets better I am soooo upset..

My trainer and the breeder thinks it is because they gave him his shots on Wednesday and gave him more then they should of and his immune system took a hit. I forgot and let them give him all those shots at once so I am feeling really really bad right now. But I am thankful he looked better. I won't sleep a wink tonite till my baby boy gets home tomorrow!

So remember make sure one vaccination at a time don't do like I did and freakin forgot!!! Now my baby had to suffer because of it and I pray he doesn't take a turn for the worse and gets better!

Never a good feeling at all but I'm sure Mas seeing you and your son in the afternoon picked up his spirits tremendously.

Since he just had his shot and parvo was one of the shots then he will test positive for parvo.
His breeder said it sounded like parvo to her when I said it stunk really really bad she said she would bet it is parvo.
The vet well all he said was it is viral. Seeing Max better this afternoon gives me hope. I hope him seeing mamma and my son he will know he is loved and fights hard. I feel horrid. I am kicking myself for letting him get that shot! Anyone reads this please please don't let the vet give your baby more then 1 vaccine at a time. I knew that when my mal shi was getting her shots and she didn't get more then 1 at a time.

I pray I caught it soon enough with him looking good this afternoon. I have bleached my floors in the house and I bleached his toys and tomorrow I will bleach his potty area and where he threw up. But I can't bleach my wood floors so what do I do??? Anyone know?

Can you elaborate some on this. What shots were combined that should have been given at different times?
Thanks

My breeder said that vet should not of given the kennel cough with the dist-parvo shot.
That was too much on little max immune system. I have never had a dog react to shots before I was careful with the mal shi cause she was little little. I should of remembered.
