Having a hard day with Max
 

The day started out the same- wake up- have breakfast - out to poop and then hang out in the house some till its time for kids to go to school. Put Max in his cage and went to drop off kids at bus. Came back- he pooped in the cage and ate it. Then threw up twice in the house- very nasty.
Seemed okay after that but seems a little extra whiny and uncomfortable like.
Now it's bedtime and he won't settle.
Very off day here- I hope tomorrow goes better.

I hope he's ok but I have to laugh. My boy popped in the house a couple weeks ago. I found out when my wife started screaming as if he were sticking a bobby pin in the light socket. I came running downstairs to see him on his bed lying on his back all playful like as if to encourage me to come into the room to play. That's when I looked closely and saw him rolling a poo log around in his mouth the way he does with everything else he's not supposed to put in his mouth.

Tomorrow is another day. Pull up some little puppy pics.

When we have a tough day, I try to go out more with the puppy on the following day. My little guy loves to go anywhere in the car or walk anywhere in town. After an outing, he is happier, more behaved, and of course, less energetic to get into mischief. Hope today is better for you and your pup.

lol- yeah a walk is due! Car rides make him sick.
Guess I just got a puker!! Lol

Fortunately that was a one day event. I think I'm traumatized for life though - lol!

He'll probbaly put grow that. I had a puppy that puked every time we took her in the car. We would cover every part of the car with towels for easier clean it, but she is fine now and loves car rides.

I spoke too soon. :( poop/puke all over again. I was only gone for 2 hours and he went on a nice walk this morning.
Sometimes his poop is solid and then other times its liquid- can\'t have a medium?

Have you spoken with your vet - they may have some ideas.

Yeah- I\'m afraid I\'ll be taking him back to vet Monday.
Oddly it\'s only once in the house/day.
