hes very handsome. But he is still very much a puppy. I have heard they fill out up until 2 or even 3 years old.

It's VERY dependant on the individual dog. My pup will be a year old on Saturday, and he still looks a little puppish and goofy sometimes.

I saw an 8-month-old puppy a few weeks ago that looked ridiculously mature and masculine.

It really depends...

Nice looking boy! Enjoy the stages of growth! The picture of Cody I have in my room at 5 years is much different than his last at nearly twelve, same face and body, just matured, just like us!
