At 7 months, you are still learning alot about your dog. so don'nt be too hard on yourself. You have to find the right balance that works for you and your dog. no matter what anyone, including trainers say. Learn and then apply what works for you and your dog. I want my dog to do well and we work hard but everyones dog has some issues and you just have to find what works for you. It takes a long time to get them where you want them to be. It does not happen overnight.
