So since my gs was 7 weeks his ears stood up straight than I saw only in his right ear was there a build up of black and brown stuff that I would take out of his ears but he is very wigggly so I had to hold his ears now I have to put drops in his ears so I have to touch them I neva had a german shepherd but I heard ur not supose to tough there ears or they won't stay up straight I noticed today that ear with all the junk in it is flopped sideways when he hears somthing it sticks straight up but than it fallls over

You're not going to damage his ears by gently cleaning them. Most will go up and down for several months so I wouldn't worry just yet
