I work in a school and am getting my puppy next week. I have always worked when I got a dog. I plan on coming home at lunch each day to let her out to use the rr, as long as she is let out while you are gone, then you spend quality time with her each day when you get out you will be fine.

The pup will get used to your schedule. Make sure you spend your free time with her. She will probably sleep a lot so count on her sleeping when you do and probably while you are at school if you crate her.

Are you in college or high school? I am getting my pup in two weeks and am in college but I coordinated this semester around having multiple hour/two hour breaks during the day. If you are in college some days you can also skip a class or two (;P).
Like someone else said, they should sleep a lot so I wouldn't worry too much, but spend lots of time in the evening with her.
