Weight? Is it normal

Hi, I'm a new first time GSD owner and I just took Bella in for her 2 set if shots and she weights 25 lbs. does this sound about right I worry if that's too much or not enough. I have always had Saint Bernard's , so I have no idea what a normal sized dogs supposed to weight at this age. Her breeder did say she should be about 30 klg when she is full grown, I believe that is 70 lbs.
