Puppy eating rocks and mud
 

Why is my pup eating rocks, leaves, sticks, mud? She has chew toys and her bone. Is this normal? Is it dangerous?

It is normal and its only dangerous if you let your pup do it. I have lost count on how many of all 3 I pulled from Jonas's mouth when he was alot younger. If you keep after your pup it will stop.

My Mieka has the same issue, whenever I see it I pull them from her mouth and throw it away and replace it with a toy or chew treat. Hoping she stays interested. I think it's just that animal extinct kickin in.

It's normal, but you need to control the choice.

When I first got Kono she would put anything in her mouth :P She tried to eat rocks, wood chips, stuffing, sticks... I had to chase her around the backyard so that she wouldnt be eating those things. She even hid a rock in her mouth and took it inside... I just kept telling her no and sometimes brought her inside when she did it. She got the message after awhile C:
