My pup is 1 yr 5 months old.,male. I remember reading that we dont want to run them hard because their hips/bones etc are still developing. Is 1 yr 5 months old enough to start a 1 hr run with the pup daily? or almost daily? My dog is very hi energy and I want him tired. He now goes to doggy day care 6 days a week and their yard is so small that there is no running. all they do is play in a very very small space .. about the size of a master bedroom.. any ideas? thanks,

If your dog is in good conditioning you should have no problem running with them for 1.5 hours. ESPECIALLY if you are talking about the dog being on leash and running with you.
I could have mine off leash and they'd run about 5 times as much distance with alot of back and forth, plus be able to really run and not stay with me at my pace.
