Cookie is almost 5 months old, ears are half way up and he likes to chew on everything. Usually he stops when we challenge him, but he still starts back up chewing only a few minutes later.
Anyways, this morning I figured I'd put some Franks Red Hot Sauce on my wrist. It worked at first. I should have filmed it. He kinda backed away and barked with an odd look on his face. followed by another attack to my wrist. ...now he has developed a taste for it.

Too bad the hot sauce didn't work. Looks like you'll have to go back to what does work. Redirection by teaching him to play with a tug toy, upping his general exercise and socialization, and finding that great set of dog classes.
:-)
