May be harsh calling her stupid, but i don't think well of her as she sold me Charlie when he was younger then eight weeks. I had no idea about it until i took him to the vets.
But yes, she could be swamped. And no i haven't flooded her with emails. I've only ever sent three and that's since August. She also asked me to keep her updated.

Do you have a contract with a health guarantee? The contract I signed from Sting's breeder actually required the buyer to provide updates throughout the dog's lifetime. So yes I do get replies from his breeder. When Sting was a puppy, I sent updates and photos more frequently. When he was a year-old, I switched to once a year update and photos. I can understand your concern. What I would do is email her a holiday greeting with photo but on the send option request a read receipt. If you get that back at least you will know she got the email. If you don't get a reply, I would mail her a holiday card - at least that way you will know if her address is correct or if she moved. In the meantime, please post any problems or questions you may be having, and the photos!
