Both my wife and I work full time jobs. We keep our 9 month old GSD in his crate during the day and have since we got him at 8 weeks. My wife is able to come home during lunch to the let him and our yorkie out to potty and run around for about 20-30 minutes before she puts them back up.
I understand that this is a long time for a dog to be left alone, so I want to know if there was something that we could put in the crate to keep our GSD busy while we are at work. |

after your wife lets them out at lunchtime have someone
come in and let them out a few hours later. if you put something in the crate make sure it's big enough so it can't be swallowed or get stuck in the mouth.
