I didn't have to glue Sarge's ears, they went up but I was very worried that they wouldn't and I've heard of tear mender as well, doing the tee pee style! Make sure you dont touch the ears a lot, rub em, massage etc. It makes them weaker. Give lots of chew toys to work the muscles behind the ears, it'll make them stronger. Good luck!

Tear mender with the 'cone of shame' to keep the pup from scratching or otherwise tearing them apart. I left my girl's ears glued for about two weeks. I wouldn't use ostomy glue because I don't think it would hold up... and I can't imagine the mess that would leave.
