Default Antlers

Can my pup eat antlers?

i went to school in the morning and when i came back i noticed about 4 inches of antler missing. Dad was at home during the day and gave him it. Today i just noticed that he was chewing on something while he had his antler in his hand. Can they eat them?

I havent noticed any change in stool etc

Antler chews are very healthy and very safe, as long as they are all natural and from North America.

Good info!! I have a six point antler that my son found years ago in the forest...maybe I should find that baby and let my dogs enjoy. I've been buying them because I wasn't sure if they needed anything done to them before the dogs got them.

If your dog is a very powerful chewer, it's possible for them to break a tooth, just be cautious about that.
