My almost 6 month old GSD bites.. As soon as I get home he runs to me.. Licks and bites! When playing he bites! I go in for kisses and get nibbles on my nose and ears.
Never in an aggressive way and he doesn't mean to hurt but his little baby teeth are tuff. Anyone else have this issue? And how can I stop it Sent from my iPhone using Petguide.com Free App |

Yes, I had this issue. I'm not sure how to stop it since we still have it at times. When I'm petting her and she grabs me I pull my hand back, say no biting and don't pet for a few seconds. Sometimes this works (ok, it's worked twice) and other times it has caused her to jump towards my hand like we're playing a game.
There are some other posts about biting and the "landshark" stage that people recommend. I don't have links on my phone, but I'd check the sticky topics, and do a search for "landshark." Sent from my iPhone using PG Free
