So Zeus started as this underweight little runt and now at 7 months he's already 80 pounds. I looked at the AKC website and it said males range from 66-88 pounds. He is also showing NO SIGNS of slowing down with his growth spurt, I'm starting to think he might end up being over 100 pounds. Any ideas or comments?

Some dogs can be just, bigger (bone size etc). I dont know his eating or exercise habits so he may be over weight but I doubt that. Abbi, being a female, was 65lbs at 6months and the highest shes ever been was 105 (over weight because my mom spoiled her when I was away for a month). She also has a larger bone structure and is currently a very healthy 92lbs. So dont fret about the weight issue yet, hes a growing pup. Keep him active and healthy

We went to the vet last week and hes COMPLETELY healthy, its just amazing to me that he went from an underweight runt to this oversized monster of a shepherd so fast
