Thumbs up Puppy treats suggestions?

What type of puppy treats do you give your pup? Mine's is 8 weeks and I tried using her dried food before she eats and simply nourish dried chicken. The thing with the chicken is that the directions says to only give 3 pieces a day, which is not enough for training. Can anyone give me suggestions please? Thanks

My Rudy has a very sensitive digestive system, so I use Fruitables Pumpkin and Mango. I go through a ton, but he is having no issues. He likes them and loves food, so he loves training!

Boil some chicken breast and cut it up into small pieces. Get training treats like Zukes. Cut up hot dogs or cheddar cheese into very small pieces. Natural Balance duck and potato rolls cut up work well.

I used tiny pieces of string cheese, hot dogs, cooked chicken, Wellness soft treats.

I wanted to use something other than what he ate as a meal to motivate him and get him excited about training.

Most of the dried chicken treats are made in China, and pets have been sickened and even died from eating tainted treats from China, so I would stop using those immediately.

Bravo makes great little dehydrated fish or meat treats.

Zukes have raisin sized semi-moist training treats that are pretty good and pretty healthy.

We use string cheese which he loves (this also helps come pill time) and Lickity sticks. We have other soft treats that we use in class but mostly its the cheese. The lickity stick we use at places like the vet or cutting his nails or cleaning his ears, he sits pretty calm and just licks the treat thing.

Thanks for all the great advice! Do you guys think it's ok to give and 8 weeks pup cheese and hot dog?? I just don't want her to get sick on me and get diareah

Also, her attention span is soooo short so each time I'm training her, she only lasts maybe 2-3 minutes and then she wants to do something else. Is that normal? So far she's sitting on hand command, not all the time but is sitting most of the time when asked.

Atticus has always loved snap peas and small chunks of apple. Carrots are good too but he definitely prefers the others. We have a pig in our neighborhood that we will share these snacks with along our walk. I think Atticus is a bit jealous and wants his share of treats. The two will take turns snacking and watch each other while they eat
