Default Got a new puppy!

I don't know if this is the right place to post this but I got a new puppy!
But I have a few questions. She is 8 weeks old. Is now an ok time to teach her the clicker? When she is outside going poop how do I teach her to pull on the leash?

Take a look through the General Puppy and Puppy Training forums. There is a ton of great information in the previous threads, as well as some sticky threads at the top of each forum.

Congratulations on a darling pup! The clicker can be used to reinforce her attention and focus on you even at this age. Just click and treat, so she learns the click= yummy and then you can just start doing it when ever she looks at you. Great way to teach focus!

And did you mean "not pull" on the leash?

I mean she will pull on the leash and try to go as far as it will possibly go in the opposite direction of me when I take her outside.
