Smile How big will he get?

I recently got a new German Shepherd x Alaskan Malamute (in November). < 3 I love him already. He's doing good and all, but I was wondering, how big will he get? He's currently 14 weeks old, I believe.

at 8 weeks old, he was 14 pounds.
at 12 weeks old, he was 22.8 pounds. (at 12 weeks old he was the size of my other dog when she was 5 months old. She is a Sheltie x GSD and is 36 lbs atm.)

at 8 weeks old (14 lbs)

at 12 weeks old (22.8 lbs)

and him next to my other dog:

How big do you think he'll get?

That's not a question any of us can answer. You can't extrapolate future adult weight from weight at 8 and 14 weeks old. Sorry. Your best guesstimate will come from looking at his male relatives on both mom and dad's size.

Very cute!
It's hard to say how big he'll get, both those breeds can get large.
You'd do best to keep him lean as he grows, to ease the stress on his joints since both these breeds also can be prone to hip dysplasia.
Looking forward to seeing more pics as he grows!

Thanks guys Yeah I know it is hard :/ Both of his parents were big, so I'm guessing he'll be pretty big.

In the 8 week old puppy photo, if he seems a bit bloated, that is because he is. We found out he had worms :/ Luckily they were taken care of right away
