welcome to teenage dog period!
in a span of 6 hours: usually downstairs is locked and she NEVER goes down without me...yep u know where this is going. she goes downstairs as im in my room preoccupied and 2 minutes later i go and find her and shes gotten into my roommates mac and cheese. i smile at her and call her upstairs which she gladly comes up (not her fault). i play with her a bit and then i go to take the trash out (it takes no more than 15 seconds). usually she comes with me but she didnt this time... i come back and shes on my kitchen table for the first time (i left my chair not pushed in...who knew!) and shes drinking my smoothie! and we are playing ball inside the house like we always do... i throw it and my phone rings... i look at and look back.... shes on my bed!!! I give her one look like..seriously?!? and she jumps off like nothings wrong! haha.... in 6 hours.... lets just say it was rough! maybe it has less to do with her teenage years than my not so undivided attention!! hopefully this encourages some of ya to keep pushing forward and learn to laugh every once in awhile...its all i could do today! |

keep an eye on them, keep pushing forward (training),
a positive attitude (laughing, kind words) and you have it made. Quote:
