surprised you found her in a shelter. dutches aren't mass bred for pets. people breed them to work but if the dog doesn't work out, the breeder/trainer usually loves dogs and wouldn't give to some schmuck that'll abandon it in a shelter. rare find.
4 years old, and quite nice shape as well. For what comes to her character I would say much of a dutch, more independent than gsd, and very calm inside, always napping. Nice bitework, intelligent dog, likes to "talk much". When training, she does not like to repeat same thing many times, -> goes napping. Uses much her own brains, today opened doors in the house. Food aint her thing, meatballs are ok, but withing the treat, ball is the winner. So dunno what she is, very nice and stable dog.
See if there are any Dutch breeders near you and ask them to evaluate her. Or any people who are knowledgeable about Dutch Shepherds. Call training centers or sport groups/clubs and see if they know someone.
