Default Colors?

Hey you guys! I know this is a pretty simple question, but I was looking at a few sites and they had different colors/patterns under different names which totally confused me (I dunno how to explain it! Haha). But I was wondering, what are all the shepherd colors? Just for fun, maybe if you have an adult/puppy post a picture of them with the name of their color?

As far as I know there is sable/grey, black and tan/gold/red, black, white, and bi-colour. I heard that liver and blue are possible too.

Here's a white one.

Sable: Show me those SABLE gsds!

Black and Tan/Red: Show me your Black & Red GSD's

Bicolor: Show me you BICOLOR Shepherd!!

Black: Show me your all BLACK gsds!

There are others (liver, blue, white, piebald), but those tend to be banned by breed specific tests and shows so I have not listed them.

Black, bi-color, black and tan/red, sable. White is not really a color, it's a dilution so genetically the dog is still one of the other colors.

IMO you can't use sable to describe color. sable is the coat type/pattern. i like this page for a look at most colors. Steel Cross German Shepherd Dogs
