Varsity Ball

I purchased one of these balls for Cruz. As any other dog, he is hard on toys and balls. I was looking for a durable long lasting large size ball. I think I found it. I just got it yesterday. He loves this ball. He spent himself pushing it around the yard trying to sink his teeth in. It's a hard hollow ball so it's not going to get punctured or torn up. The minute he laid eyes on it he went nuts.

Is that like a Best Ball? My dog loves it! She goes crazy with it.

I have what may seem to be a rather stupid question but could you post a pic of it or where did you get it? My Athena loves basketballs but I worry about injury to her mouth from the weight of the ball. She has already chipped one of her baby teeth from it.

I can't answer that. I'm not familiar with a Best Ball.

This Varsity ball is basically a hard formed ball, if that makes sense.

Just google Varsity ball. It should pull up their site. They have two sizes. The description of baseball, basketball or tennis ball is actually the selection of colors. White, orange or yellow. I got the tennis ball or yellow one. I think they have videos of the ball on their site too.

can you compare it to the collapsable jolly ball in terms of durability?

Benny loves it to the point of obsession but I had to take it away because it is too hard on his teeth. It is very durable but I worry about his teeth because of all the notches he put in it

He likes the jolly ball although not quite as much but it is easier on his teeth so we are staying with that
