Default dog won't pee!?!!?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!??

So he peed around 610 this morning and has water around 630 , 12:00 and 3:00 he has not peed a second time. It's getting very aggravating since it's been a while. I walked him so many times to pee but he won't, what the **** is wrong

What kind of feedback did you expect? You didn't say he was straining to urinate or in any kind of distress. Holding it for 10 hours is hardly an emergency. Maybe he just didn't feel like peeing?

They can hold it in for long periods. Also, just something to think about (but I don't think this is is applicable in your situation), a friends GSD went days with peeing once, it was extremely aggravating and painful for his dog, he went after about 3 days. The vet had no explanation other than the dog had just received vaccination and heart worm yearly vaccination all in the one visit and perhaps this had something to do with it.
