Mine is boiled chicken livers, mashed, 1 tbsp pumpkin, 1 tbsp yogurt and kibble (my kong fits about 1/3 of breakfast) mixed together. Freeze overnight and serve the next morning frozen (I feed the remainder of the regular meal first, then give the kong). My dogs have sat there for hours chewing to defrost, then pulling some mixture out.

I feed mostly raw, but have not found an efficient way to feed it in a kong LOL. Chicken necks, while they go in ok, do NOT come out ok. Ground meat is ok, but I find it such a mess to load. Then the kongs have to be washed each day when I made them - so not worth the hassel for me.

I take their regular kibble soak in a little water... I cut up a red barn meat roll for training treats so I take the dust and crumbs from that as well as the dust and crumbs from the dog cookie bag shake it all up in a zipper bag so that treat and cookie dust sticks to the moist dog food. Fill up the kong and plug with either a little bit of peanut butter or canned pumpkin or canned dog food and then freeze.

If I'm out of wet things to stuff the Kong or don't feel like messing with mixing things up, I'll alternate layers of kibble and thin layers of shredded cheese and pop the whole thing in the microwave for about 10-15 seconds so it turns into a big sticky goop inside the Kong. Then I'll either give it to mine after it cools a bit or plug the end with peanut butter and freeze it for the morning.
