So we have had tons and tons of rain/snow and the ground stay muddy in the back yard. Does anyone have any good tricks to make dog clean up easier for when it's time for him to come in?
Someone else just posted the same exact question! We don't have snow but have had tons of rain and I'm dealing with the same thing. I just rinse Zoe's paws with the hose and either dry her feet or put her in the crate for a bit depending on the amount of mud and wetness.
We have a towel in the closet by the back door, and also a large floor mat as you walk in the door. I tell Ava "wipe your feet," and she has been trained to wipe her feet on the mat before she takes any further steps into the house.
