Introduce them first in a neutral area - like a park.

introduce in a neutral area

introduce at home using nose, such as walking the new guy through the home and into a crate in the back yard. Then bring the older dog in and let him do a bunch of smelling around recognizing it as the younger dog he met at the park a while ago, then back outside to meet with the crate as a barrier.

Correct inappropriate action as normal.
