Default Stray GSD Saves Woman

Since saving this woman, Hero has been adopted and is now in SAR training. Video link below.

Note: I posted for the gsd story not to start a religious debate. The story happens to be on a faith based website.

WOW !!! If that story is as advertised...what an incredible event and even more incredible dog.

I'd say this guy was SAR ready from day one.....

Was probably dragging her off somewhere more secure to eat her when she died and the road was the path of least resistance. Cant let all that meat go to waste.

Never did think of that.....those dogs are mighty resourceful, when it's dining time.

What a great rescue story. I think that dog already picked his favorite work - SAR! It made me cry but thanks for posting the link.

Whenever i see stories like this i kinda roll my eyes. She was probably not many minutes away from becoming dog chow and that story would have took a whole different tack
