Frustrating night training today. I've been working on stay with both my dog together but they keep breaking the stay. It frustrates me because alone they don't break it but together they can't stay for a sec! So I went back to basics and brought out the touch pads. Was going good for a bit but I might have pushed it a bit and it went south after that. Picked up the touch pads and came inside to vent lol. Better day tomorrow...
yup. just walk away. But before you walk away remember to do something you can reward them for! ( Next time stop when you're ahead. ) I'm sure there's nothing in this reply you don't already know...
Yup! Just back off and let it go, try again the next day. Just had a less than stellar walk with Zoe, started getting frustrated myself, crappy heeling and excitable, couldn't guess what her deal was, then she pooped and all was well again lol!
Ugh mine do that too. Alone, they're well behaved angels in any situation. Get them together, they're idiots who forgot every bit of training they've ever had.
Good job walking away, and good luck to both of us for getting that issue under control!

What is a touch pad and how do you use it?
