Interior kennel flooring material

We have two GSD's, one a 5 YOA male and a 5 month old female. We are moving our pups to a basement kennel and are searching for a flooring material that is impervious to liquids and easy to clean. The present floor is concrete. First we attempted to place closed cell foam matting down with vinyl flooring over that. The male was/is fine with that surface but the female pup has torn the vinyl apart.

I then places some sheets of OSB over the whole works but have been advised against using vinyl sheeting again. Does anyone have any experience with this problem? Solutions appreciated.

Horse stall mats might work. They are rubber and heavy duty. They can be cleaned and come in different thicknesses.

Check put Primo Pads. Water proof, tough, and comfortable. I wouldn't use anything else!

Paint the concrete with suitable paint and mix in ground walnut shell (saw this idea in our local paint store) to make it less slippery.
Ask for advice in paint specialty stores.
