Default Best Way to Introduce Dogs

We have new neighbors. They have a dog that's about 50 lbs or so. Still a puppy but won't get much bigger they said. He's also high energy.

I have two GSDs. There is a 6' privacy fence between yards. What's the best way to introduce the dogs to avoid the fence running and barking when they are both out. Is that even possible?

I would start by introducing the dogs individually and then maybe going for a walk with your neighbor and your dogs. If the dogs get along they still may run along the fence to play.
